Forever were commissioned by the UK’s leading Pressure Cooker brand to create the customer journey, undertake a UI/UX redesign and develop more interactive elements to maximise engagement opportunity and build an online community through social media.
Forever used first-hand research from their app experts who have just returned from Apple’s latest IOS developer conference in San Francisco.
Creating brand advocates and increasing lifetime spend per customer through increasing loyalty is a key part of Drew & Cole’s marketing strategy.
