Location: Luton
Salary: £20,000 to £30,000 – DOE
We are a successful and entrepreneurial property development and investment company working across the UK with a pipeline in excess of 9,000 residential units, multiple commercial sites including hundreds of acres of new warehousing and many other commercial units.
We are looking for an experienced all round candidate to assist with general property maintenance and cyclical decoration. We’re looking for someone who is flexible with their hours and has a range of skills, who can meet the site needs.
Operative Duties:
- Grounds clearance/maintenance
- Decoration
- Area & wall preparation
- Basic repairs
Skills & Requirements:
- Entry – NVQ Level 2 minimum or relevant experience
- Background in construction, commercial buildings or office maintenance
- Comparable experience in similar roles
- Own tools required
- Driving license and access to a car – occasional visit to other sites will be required
